本節采用以下測試方法:將2mm丁基防水嵌縫膠膠料涂敷于2mm硫化膠表面,熱處理后微交聯化,將針頭來回扎透密封膠和硫化膠片同一位置3次,測試存在破孔時此樣品能夠不漏氣的最大壓力,以此直接表征氣密膠的自封堵性,具體方法詳見第二章。圖4-15為PIB9850與IIR投料比為變量的配方測試自封堵性能的實驗結果。如圖所示,當PIB8950與丁基橡膠的配比在3:7和1:1均可使得試樣保持2.SBar以上壓強,l:1配比的試樣可維持壓力大于2.5Bar,但由于實驗安全考慮,未再將壓力調到更大值,故自修復性能也略優于市售品。中分子量聚異丁烯分子量對丁基防水嵌縫膠膠料的影響不同分子量的中分子量聚異丁烯分子鏈的活動能力不同,因此分子量較低的聚異丁烯具有更低的模量。本節將以表2-6的配方討論作為基體材料之一的中分子量聚異丁壽的分子量對丁基防水嵌縫膠膠料性能的影響。中分子量聚異丁烯分子量對硫化特性曲線的影響分子量越小,中分子量聚異丁烯的模量越低,粘性越大。同等份數的中分子量聚異丁烯,份數越低,則含有雙鍵的量越大。然而即使雙鍵含量增加了,也是增加的端基雙鍵,硫化過程中在這些雙鍵上不會形成交聯鍵,反而會因此消耗更多硫磺。
圖4-I6、表4-3為中分子聚異丁烯分子量對硫化特性曲線的影響。如圖所示,隨中分子量聚異丁烯粘均分子量由95000降至35000,最大扭矩從O.15dN}m降低至O.IOdN}m,最小扭矩從0.04dNm降低0.01dNm,扭矩增量從O.11dN}m降低至0.09dNm。添加中分子量聚異丁烯的分子量越低,丁基防水嵌縫膠膠料端基越多,自由體積越多,模量越小,硫化產生的交聯鍵數量和硫化曲線的最大扭矩最小扭矩都會減如圖所示,分子量較小的PIB8550和PIB8350都具有更大的自由體己,鏈段活動性更強,因而粘性越大。同等份數的中分子量聚異丁烯,份數越低,則含有雙鍵的量越大,消耗了更多硫磺卻不會形成交聯結構。因而隨著基體材料所用PIB分子量的下降,模量隨之下降。下圖4-21,4-22,4-23.4-24為基體中分子量聚異丁粘均分子量對丁基防水嵌縫膠膠料復數粘度在40,60.80.100攝氏度下的影響。中分子量聚異丁烯分子量對RPA測試結果的影響下圖4-17,4-18,4-19,4-2為基體中分子量聚異丁粘均分子量對丁基防水嵌縫膠膠料剪切儲能模量在40,60,80,100攝氏度下的影響。www.kubee.cn
