根據式4-1福克斯一弗勞里(Fox-Flory)方程,玻璃化轉變溫度與數均分子量為正相關,與中分子量聚異丁烯添加配比的影響效果類似,由于低分子量聚異丁烯主要起到了軟化劑的作用,因此增加了鏈段活動性和自由體積,從而影響了Tg。
PIB2300用量對MS密封膠膠料持粘性的影響減少低分子量聚異丁烯的用量,雖然會降低MS密封膠膠料的表面粘性,但會增加MS密封膠膠料模量,但能夠避免過多聚異丁烯與丁基橡膠接枝造成的交聯鍵過少,從而減少MS密封膠膠料的冷流,延長弛豫時間。下圖4-39為P1B2300用量對MS密封膠膠料持粘性的影響。
由上圖4-39可知,當PIB2300添加量為100份時為所測試樣中持粘性的最大值,但剝離方式并非內聚破壞,120phr為內聚破壞,所以最大值為120-100phr之間,且此時的持粘性要比120份是高出一個數量級,達到150min以上。PIB2300用量對MS密封膠膠料自修復自封堵性能的影響本節采用以下測試方法:將2mmMS密封膠膠料涂敷于2mm硫化膠表面,熱處理后微交聯化,將針頭來回扎透密封膠和硫化膠片同一位置3次,測試存在破孔時此樣品能夠不漏氣的最大壓力,以此直接表征氣密膠的自封堵性,具體方法詳見第二章。
圖4-40為PIB2300投料份數為變量的配方測試自封堵性能的實驗結果。在上圖中,100份PIB2300的試樣承載壓力也高于2.SBar,但由于實驗安全因素并沒有繼續測試更大的壓強,其實也能高于2.SBar,而80份PIB2300的試樣由于太硬,粘性不夠,故可承載的最大氣壓較小。www.kubee.cn
