均勻劑是由分子量不大、極性存在差異的不同樹脂組成的橡膠材料助劑，一般用于降低橡膠加工粘度，促進各組分間的共混。均勻劑能夠在一定程度上增加了丁基防水嵌縫膠膠料地表面粘性和加工過程中各組分的濕潤性。但均勻劑添加份數(shù)過多，會對丁基防水嵌縫膠膠料硫化后的力學(xué)性能造成明顯的下降，導(dǎo)致本體強度下降，弛豫時間縮短，永久變形也會增大。

本節(jié)所用均勻劑為嘉興北化高分子助劑有限公司生產(chǎn)的HA40，是一種脂肪烴樹脂和芳香烴樹脂的混合物，可以增加丁基防水嵌縫膠膠料的粘性，降低密封膠的模量和粘度，但是，當(dāng)均勻劑添加量過大，亦會導(dǎo)致本文所述密封膠本體強度的下降，使丁基防水嵌縫膠膠料失效時更傾向于內(nèi)聚破壞。

本節(jié)按照表2-10設(shè)置變量，討論HA40對丁基防水嵌縫膠膠料性能的影響。下圖4-44與表4一為均勻劑用量對自修復(fù)密封膠T型剝離強度的影響。

由于HA40增粘性強，除了促進橡膠的均勻混合之外，均勻劑還可以增加橡膠混合物的粘合性，并且當(dāng)其與其他增粘樹脂一起使用時具有良好的協(xié)同作用。但由上圖4-44,上表4-9可知，均勻劑明顯降低了丁基防水嵌縫膠膠料本體的強度，界面強度高于本體強度，故剝離測試過程中主要發(fā)生內(nèi)聚破壞而不是界面剝離。故隨著HA40加入量的增加，剝離強度從數(shù)據(jù)上看反而變小，由此可見均勻劑與其他增粘樹脂一樣不能添加過多，否則對丁基防水嵌縫膠膠料本體強度造成的不利影響過于明顯。www.kubee.cn
