本文制備了2種中空玻璃微珠填充的低密度型聚氨酯密封膠并對其進行了密度穩定性、理化、力學和施工性能研究分析。與普通型聚氨酯密封膠相比，適量中空玻璃微珠的添加顯著提高了聚氨酯密封膠的硬度、剪切強度和拉伸強度，能有效改善因聚氨酯密封膠涂膠區域飯金變形導致的膠體開裂問題。由于過量的玻璃微珠填充對膠體粘度、柔韌性和斷裂伸長率有一定影響，低密度型聚氨酯密封膠的選型需要平衡施工性能和輕量化效果，在保證車身聚氨酯密封膠涂膠密封性能的前提下，凸顯其輕量化優勢。
