圖1硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠涂膠部位(a)和涂膠外觀(b)以PVC為基材的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠因其粘接性能良好、施工通用性能好、成本低廉、環(huán)保等優(yōu)點成為整車廠的首選密封材料，得到廣泛應(yīng)用。PVC硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠是以聚氯乙烯樹脂為主體，與增塑劑、促進(jìn)劑、填料等共混而成的一種固體分含量達(dá)95%以上的均質(zhì)膏狀膠品。在涂裝車間，PVC膠通過人工或機械操作，涂敷在電泳后的車身焊縫部位，與中涂或面漆一起烘干，對飯金搭接的焊縫和孔隙起到密封作用。中空玻璃微珠質(zhì)輕、無毒、化學(xué)性能穩(wěn)定，而且在聚合物材料中分散性良好，可有效阻止樹脂分子鏈的流動，改善復(fù)合材料的綜合性能。據(jù)統(tǒng)計，車身焊縫用PVC膠單車用量高達(dá)lOkg，通過填充中空玻璃微珠降低材料密度是汽車輔料重點公關(guān)的輕量化技術(shù)，可實現(xiàn)30%以上的減重效果。本文通過中空玻璃微珠填充制備了2種密度分別為l .lg/mL(記為低密度型#1)和1.0g/mL(記為低密度型#2)的低密度型PVC硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，并對其理化、力學(xué)和施工性能進(jìn)行研究，旨在分析中空玻璃微珠填充對PVC硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的性能影響，為車型開發(fā)選擇硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠提供參考。www.kubee.cn
