丁基防水嵌縫膠的制備原材料及配比(表1)丁基防水嵌縫膠制備首先對中空玻璃微珠用硅烷偶聯劑進行表面處理，將各原料組分按照表1的配比標準稱量后加入進料系統，并在溫控攪拌系統中充分高速攪拌至各組分完全混合均勻，然后將混合料轉移到熟化系統中，使各配料組分在一定的溫度、壓力和時間環境下引發反應，使其粘度和理化性能趨于最終穩定，最后混料進入中轉系統，進行自動罐裝，分別制備密度為1.458/mL的普通型丁基防水嵌縫膠和密度為1.1 g/mL和1 .Og/mL的低密度型丁基防水嵌縫膠。
丁基防水嵌縫膠主要應用于車身飯金焊接的部位，既需要其基礎的材料性能指標滿足整車廠的標準要求，又需要匹配現場施工工藝。因此，丁基防水嵌縫膠的理化、力學和施工性能將直接影響到整車的密封、防腐和裝飾效果，選擇綜合性能優異的丁基防水嵌縫膠是保證整車密封性能的根本所在。本文對普通型丁基防水嵌縫膠和玻璃微珠填充的低密度型#1, #2 丁基防水嵌縫膠進行理化、力學和施工性能研究，對比3種丁基防水嵌縫膠的性能差異，分析中空玻璃微珠的添加對丁基防水嵌縫膠性能的影響。www.kubee.cn
