按照GB/T531.1-2008硬度試驗辦法，將3種聚氨酯密封膠在23℃溫度，50%RH濕度環(huán)境下放置24h，然后在綜合硬度測試儀上進行單層試樣硬度測試。技術(shù)要求聚氨酯密封膠硬度為(50080) Shore A。試驗結(jié)果如表5所示，聚氨酯密封膠的硬度隨著玻璃微珠填充比例的增加而增大，這主要是因為玻璃微珠是一種硬質(zhì)的剛性球體，填充量增加會增大聚氨酯密封膠的硬度。膠體硬度表征了材料抵抗局部塑形變形、壓痕或劃痕的能力，提高聚氨酯密封膠的硬度可有效抵抗因飯金變形導(dǎo)致的聚氨酯密封膠變形量，避免膠體開裂問題，改善摩擦損耗性能。因此，聚氨酯密封膠的選型需要綜合考量硬度和輕量化指標(biāo)，在滿足技術(shù)要求硬度的同時，可選擇輕量化效果最優(yōu)的低密度型聚氨酯密封膠品。www.kubee.cn
