將3種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠分別涂敷在電泳試板上,經標準條件烘烤后室溫放置24ho剪切強度試驗按照GB/T 7124-2008標準進行,夾持處至搭接端距離為40mm,拉伸速度為SOmm/min;拉伸強度和斷裂伸長率試驗按照GB/T 528-2009標準進行,制備啞鈴狀試樣,標距為25mm,拉伸速度200mm/minx。
由圖z 硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的剪切斷裂表觀可以看出,膠粘劑與電泳試板之間受拉伸剪切作用斷裂時,試樣從硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠層中間斷裂,膠體與電泳板未有分離,說明硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠剪切為Ioo%的內聚破壞。表6 硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的剪切強度隨著中空玻璃微珠添加量的增加而提高,這主要是由于適量比例的玻璃微珠均勻分散在Pvc基體中,與其形成較好的鉆結界面并起到強化相和物理交聯的作用,這種纏結網絡結構可以有效阻止樹脂分子鏈的流動,提高硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠體的剪切強度。www.kubee.cn
