圖3丁基防水嵌縫膠的拉伸斷裂面是撕扯拉拔的粗糙表觀,判斷為韌性斷裂。表6 丁基防水嵌縫膠的拉伸強度隨著玻璃微珠填充量的增加呈上升趨勢,這是因為經(jīng)表面處理的玻璃微珠與丁基防水嵌縫膠體間形成了較好的鉆結界面,有助于提高PVC膠體的拉伸強度。但丁基防水嵌縫膠的斷裂伸長率隨著玻璃微珠填充量的增加呈現(xiàn)先上升后略有降低的現(xiàn)象,這是因為一定填充比例的玻璃微珠能均勻分散在丁基防水嵌縫膠體中阻礙高分子鏈的相對運動,但隨著玻璃微珠用量過大時,其與丁基防水嵌縫膠體的相容性和分散性變差,在體系中呈聚集狀態(tài),造成丁基防水嵌縫膠體連續(xù)性中斷,斷裂伸長率略有降低。
為保證丁基防水嵌縫膠在飯金變形等外力作用下抵抗開裂的能力,需要對其進行常溫和低溫環(huán)境下的柔韌性測試。制作標準電泳板190mm X 100mm X 0. 8mm,將直徑為6mm的半圓柱體模具放在電泳板上,將膠體注入模具內,以均勻的速度延電泳板縱向平行地拖動,得到半圓柱體的膠條,在140℃條件下烘烤20min,室溫靜置1h以上,分別取3塊試板進行室溫和低溫試驗。將常溫和一20℃低溫箱中調節(jié)3h的試板用直徑lOmm的定位擋塊迅速進行1800彎曲處理。用4倍放大鏡觀察膠繩,如圖4所示,檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)3種丁基防水嵌縫膠均無裂紋、破裂、脫落等失效現(xiàn)象。理論分析,玻璃微珠是一種剛性粒子,加入到丁基防水嵌縫膠體中會提高其剛性,使彎曲強度和彎曲模量均有所提高,抗變形能力增強。www.kubee.cn
