常規(guī)力學(xué)與加工性能不同改性工藝制備的納米碳酸鈣粉體填充光伏建筑用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠后的常規(guī)力學(xué)與加工性能如表5所示。從表中不難看出,隨著硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的C18含量增高,基料的砧度呈增大趨勢,成品膠的擠出率則呈降低的趨勢。由于工業(yè)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的成分較為復(fù)雜,一般以C18和C16的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠為主,當(dāng)C18含量升高時,相對的C16含量就降低。對于相同質(zhì)量的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠而言,當(dāng)其分子量越高時,其相對分子數(shù)自然要相對偏低,因此即使采用相同質(zhì)量的工業(yè)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠對碳酸鈣進(jìn)行改性,但由于分子數(shù)的差異,必然導(dǎo)致不同的應(yīng)用效果。一般來說,分子數(shù)越多(即C18含量越低),其應(yīng)用加工性能越好,而觸變性能則出現(xiàn)弱化。在粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度和斷裂伸長率方面的規(guī)律也是大致如此,當(dāng)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的分子數(shù)較多時,在光伏建筑膠體系中表現(xiàn)更多的是“增塑作用”,具體表現(xiàn)為強(qiáng)度稍低,斷裂伸長率較高。
工藝4#與工藝1#相比,部分皂化的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠可能存在部分游離硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠析出,其“增塑作用”更為明顯;經(jīng)過改進(jìn)后的工藝5#在力學(xué)性能和加工性能方面取得了較好的平衡,既保持了較高的力學(xué)強(qiáng)度,同時又具有較好的加工性。www.kubee.cn
