光伏建筑用聚氨酯密封膠的使用環境苛刻,除了要求具有較好的聚氨酯密封膠貯存性能之外,還必須具備一定的耐黃變能力。本試驗考察了不同改性工藝粉體對這類應用性能的影響,結果如表6所示。可以看出,從工藝1#到工藝3#,隨著硬脂酸C18含量的增加,初始表干時間呈縮短趨勢。正如上文分析,分子量較低的硬脂酸“增塑效果”較為明顯,因此表干時間較長。工藝4#由于采用部分皂化的工藝,硬脂酸的“增塑效果”要優于硬脂酸鹽,因此產品的初始表干時間最長。而工藝5#產品的初始表干時間則與工藝1#相當。
經過老化試驗后,所有樣品的表干時間都呈增加趨勢,這主要是因為膠料中的游離醇在有機金屬催化劑的存在下與聚硅氧烷發生了平衡化反應,形成無交聯功能的(CH30) (CH3) zsi0uz端基,體系的“增塑效果”越好,分子鏈的移動能力增加,上述反應越明顯,聚氨酯密封膠貯存老化的表干時間變化率越大。
各樣品制備的光伏建筑用聚氨酯密封膠黃變情況如圖1所示。對于工業硬脂酸,C18含量越高,其耐黃變能力越強,因此工藝3#制得的聚氨酯密封膠產品具有較優的耐黃變能力;而對于不同皂化程度的硬脂酸,由于硬脂酸鹽的耐熱性往往高于硬脂酸,因此部分皂化的工藝4#產品耐黃變能力最差;工藝5#產品前期雖然采用的也是部分皂化工藝,但在表面處理后期通過可溶性鋁鹽的加入,顯著提升了其耐黃變能力。www.kubee.cn
