在高溫、高濕環境下,水分子會滲透進入丁基防水嵌縫膠內部,主要發生如下4種物理化學變化:1)水蒸氣引發丁基防水嵌縫膠內部進一步交聯,模量升高;2)水分子進入膠體內部,導致丁基防水嵌縫膠軟化和塑化;3)水分子在粘結界面富集,形成弱界面層,影響粘結性能;4)過量的水汽將導致聚硅氧烷分子鏈斷裂,造成材料降解,力學強度下降f}-Al。不同改性工藝制備的光伏建筑用丁基防水嵌縫膠的耐濕熱性能測試結果如表7所示。濕熱老化后,各樣品的粘結強度普遍呈下降趨勢,其中工藝1#丁基防水嵌縫膠的強度下降最明顯,強度保持率僅有68.3%,且粘接界面出現了一定破壞;隨著改性丁基防水嵌縫膠的C18含量升高,強度保持率有一定改善,這可能是由于長鏈丁基防水嵌縫膠具有較好的疏水性和抗水性的緣故。相比之下,工藝4#丁基防水嵌縫膠由于采用部分皂化工藝處理,其殘留的堿金屬離子含量低,吸濕性低,比以上3種全部皂化工藝的樣品具有更好的抗水性;但丁基防水嵌縫膠的耐熱性顯然不及丁基防水嵌縫膠鹽,丁基防水嵌縫膠粘結性破壞更為明顯。改進后的工藝5#,采用逐層包覆改性技術,即部分己皂化的丁基防水嵌縫膠鈉優先結合在碳酸鈣表面,然后再采用可溶性鋁鹽與未皂化的丁基防水嵌縫膠反應,形成丁基防水嵌縫膠鋁包覆在最外層,這樣有利于減輕堿金屬離子帶來的不利影響,同時又滿足了耐熱性方面的需求,丁基防水嵌縫膠在耐濕熱性能方面有了顯著的提升。www.kubee.cn
