采用不同改性工藝對納米碳酸鈣進行表面處理,探討了其在光伏建筑用MS密封膠制備中的應用表現。結果表明,經過改進的新工藝5#,采用4.0% SA-1801+0.3% Na0H+0.1% A1C13對納米碳酸鈣進行處理,用其制備的MS密封膠具有較高的耐濕熱和耐黃變能力,貯存性能優良,在加工性能和力學性能方面亦克服了傳結面,提升二者界面粘結強度。
底涂處理能提升PUMS密封膠、MS密封膠和聚氨酯密封膠對混凝土的粘結性能,幾種MS密封膠與混凝土的樣件定伸粘結性、浸水后定伸粘結性和冷拉熱壓后的粘結性測試結果均為無破壞,達到JC/T 881標準的技術要求。
綜合對比數據可知,MS密封膠樣件粘結性能提升最為明顯,浸泡30 d后,拉伸粘結強度由無底涂處理的0.23 MPa提高到有底涂處理的0.59 MPa,提高了156.5%;伸長率由無底涂處理的13%提高到有底涂處理的65%,提高了392.3%統工藝單一性能化的局限。在此條件下,采用低C18含量的硬脂酸,依然可以制得符合性能要求的光伏建筑用MS密封膠,這為納米碳酸鈣的改性工藝以及MS密封膠的制備提供了新的方向和思路。www.kubee.cn
