研究了影響硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠總揮發性有機物(TVOC)的主要因素。通過DOE部分因子實驗設計方法,從樹脂、偶聯劑、杭氧劑及催化劑這4個因子中確定出影響TVOC的關健因素,通過回歸模型的建立確定了其最佳的配方條件:樹脂份數為400、杭氧劑份數為巧、偶聯劑份數為20、催化劑種類為乙,重復實驗后得到的TVOC值為20.1 p,到g硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠是以硅烷改性聚醚聚合物為主體,加人增塑劑、補強填料、除水劑、偶聯劑及催化劑制備的高性能密封膠。它在與濕氣接觸時發生水解縮合反應,形成一Si-O-Si一的三維立體結構,同時釋放小分子醇類。因其不含有機溶劑和游離異氰酸醋,被認為具有出色的環保性能,受到市場的青睞。在汽車車身焊縫、地板及內飾粘接、門窗及風擋玻璃粘接等用膠點的使用也越來越廣泛。
隨著消費者對于車內環境的要求不斷提高,以及國家法規對乘用車內空氣質量的要求也越來越嚴格,各主機廠對車用膠粘劑的總揮發性有機物(TVOC)控制也更加嚴格陣。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠固化過程釋放的醇類及高溫氧化分解的小分子也被納人TVOC范圍,因此,為了能滿足主機廠對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠TVOC的50 p,疵限制要求,采用科學的方法減少硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠固化后小分子的釋放是至關重要的。
本實驗采用DOE實驗設計中的部分因子設計方法,提出了硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠控制TVOC的科學的實驗方案,找出了影響硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠TVOC的主要因素,并確定了最佳的配方條件,達到了可重復的實驗結果,為后期的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的環保性能研究提供了參考。
將一定量的MS樹脂、增塑劑、納米碳酸鈣、抗氧劑、紫外線吸收劑依次加人動力混合機中,攪拌分散,在溫度110℃條件下真空脫水120 min,待其溫度降至40℃以下時,加人一定量的除水劑,攪拌15 min,再依次加人一定量的偶聯劑及催化劑。之后真空攪拌20 min后出料,制得硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠。
將所得硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠制備成2 mm膠片,在溫度25 0C ,50%濕度環境條件下養護7d。按照德國汽車工業協會VDA 277《汽車內飾件非金屬材料》的TVOC測試方法進行測試。www.kubee.cn
