通過對第三章試驗結果的分析可知,丁基防水嵌縫膠密封材料在不同影響因素條件下都表現出粘彈性力學行為,是溫度、吸濕度和應變率相關的高分子材料,其拉伸強度、拉伸強度對應的應變和彈性模量與溫度、吸濕度和應變率相關。結合上述試驗過程,分別建立描述硅烷改性丁基防水嵌縫膠材料溫度和應變率相關以及吸濕度和應變率相關的非線性粘彈性本構模型。

對于本文的丁基防水嵌縫膠材料,試驗結果更多體現了材料的粘彈性,沒有屈服應力和塑性應變的存在,故(A+aE)項可以被替換。材料在不同溫度下受不同應變率的影響后,沒有表現出硬化現象,所以在模型的建立時忽略項。由于Johnson-Cook模型中的同源溫度(廠)考慮到材料的熔化溫度,而本文的丁基防水嵌縫膠材料是在玻璃化轉變溫度(Tg)下進行,不存在材料的熔化和溶解現象。www.kubee.cn
