圖4.13是在298K和423K的溫度條件下,不同應(yīng)變率對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的影響,此模型計算的應(yīng)力一應(yīng)變響應(yīng)曲線與試驗曲線的對比。從圖4.13(a)可知,在298K溫度下,應(yīng)變率越大,模型計算的應(yīng)力一應(yīng)變曲線與試驗曲線重合度越好,說明此模型可用來描述硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠材料的率相關(guān)性。從圖4.13 (b)可知,在423K的溫度下,試驗結(jié)果的彈性模量與加載速率無關(guān),而計算曲線有一定的率相關(guān)性。說明高溫下,應(yīng)變率的變化對此模型的計算結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果有一定的偏差。
為了更直觀的比較預(yù)測結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果之間的偏差,對不同溫度和應(yīng)變率下的試驗值和預(yù)測值進行誤差分析,預(yù)測結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果之間的相對誤差式為:RE_}6Y創(chuàng)X100%(4.16)其中,叮為試驗測得的應(yīng)力值,6Y為模型的預(yù)測值。取拉伸強度對應(yīng)的應(yīng)變和拉伸強度對應(yīng)應(yīng)變的一半進行誤差分析。如表4.9所示。
從表4.9中可知,在溫度和應(yīng)變率變化情況下,誤差較大的部分在高溫區(qū)域變速率的中期模擬階段,最大值為10.93%。而隨著應(yīng)變的逐漸增大,誤差在逐漸減小。總的來說,在不同溫度和不同應(yīng)變率條件下,此非線性粘彈性本構(gòu)模型能夠?qū)柰楦男跃郯滨ッ芊饽z單軸拉伸過程的應(yīng)力一應(yīng)變響應(yīng)曲線進行較好的預(yù)測。www.kubee.cn
