聚氨酯密封膠吸濕度和應(yīng)變率相關(guān)的非線性粘彈性本構(gòu)模型建立通過第三章的試驗可知,吸濕度與溫度類似,也是影響聚氨酯密封膠材料力學(xué)性能的因素。因此為了描述該聚氨酯密封膠材料吸濕度和應(yīng)變率變化下試件的應(yīng)力一應(yīng)變響應(yīng)曲線,引入吸濕度的概念來表示對材料的影響,并重新對吸濕度變化狀態(tài)下的參數(shù)進(jìn)行確定,進(jìn)而形成吸濕度和應(yīng)變率影響的本構(gòu)模型,用來描述該聚氨酯密封膠材料吸濕度和應(yīng)變率相關(guān)的非線性粘彈性的力學(xué)行為。與溫度和應(yīng)變率相關(guān)的非線性粘彈性本構(gòu)模型相似,其表達(dá)式如(4.17)所示:其中,叮一應(yīng)力(MPa)£一應(yīng)變(%),宕一應(yīng)變率(/s一拉伸強(qiáng)度函數(shù),Ep一拉伸強(qiáng)度對應(yīng)的應(yīng)變函數(shù),n(HD, )一吸濕度和應(yīng)變率相關(guān)的彈性影響函數(shù),B(HD,約一吸濕度和應(yīng)變率相關(guān)的粘性影響函數(shù),HD一吸濕度影響因素(%)。另外,f和g為吸濕度變化條件下新的模型材料常數(shù)。
