針對(duì)HP-172B硅烷改性丁基防水嵌縫膠，進(jìn)行不同溫度下平均應(yīng)變分步減小和平均應(yīng)變分步增大的循環(huán)載荷試驗(yàn)。探究循環(huán)加載歷史對(duì)丁基防水嵌縫膠材料力學(xué)性能的影響。借助Kelvin模型唯象的力學(xué)描述，分析了HP-172B硅烷改性聚氨酷丁基防水嵌縫膠在第一圈循環(huán)加載過程中，丁基防水嵌縫膠材料粘性力、彈性力和總應(yīng)力隨拉伸長度的變化情況。提出了一種新的現(xiàn)象學(xué)非線性的粘彈性本構(gòu)模型，該模型慮及溫度、吸濕度和應(yīng)變率等因素的影響，并對(duì)拉伸試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了很好的力學(xué)性能描述。目前在硅烷改性聚氨酷丁基防水嵌縫膠溫度、吸濕度、應(yīng)變率和循環(huán)載荷影響下的力學(xué)性能研究中，提高材料的拉伸強(qiáng)度、循環(huán)強(qiáng)度和使用安全可靠性是研究的重點(diǎn)。本文針對(duì)該丁基防水嵌縫膠進(jìn)行了一系列的試驗(yàn)和理論研究。除了本文的研究內(nèi)容外，考慮到耐候丁基防水嵌縫膠在實(shí)際的工程應(yīng)用當(dāng)中，還會(huì)受到很多未知因素的影響，模型的預(yù)測也需要根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行不斷的調(diào)整和優(yōu)化。針對(duì)本文研究的不足，現(xiàn)提出如下展望。www.kubee.cn
