為滿足裝配式建筑墻體修復(fù)接縫時(shí)防水密封膠的性能要求，制備雙組分MS密封膠、聚氨酯密封膠，通過試驗(yàn)分析為這2種密封膠選擇適合的催化劑、觸變劑用量;并對比分析2種密封膠的粘接性能、老化條件下的溶脹情況。
(1)常溫下催化劑質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0. 25%時(shí)，聚氨酯密封膠表干時(shí)間為0. 4 h。溫度為(38士1)℃時(shí)，雙組分MS密封膠表于時(shí)間較短，催化劑質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0. 75%時(shí)，表干時(shí)間0. 75 h ;
(2)雙組分MS密封膠、聚氨酯密封膠均應(yīng)將聚酞胺蠟作為首選觸變劑;
(3)底涂可對密封膠的粘接性能起到保護(hù)作用，提升密封膠的防水性能，有底涂的雙組合MS密封膠性能優(yōu)于有底涂的聚氨酯密封膠;
(4)聚氨酯密封膠更容易受到紫外老化的影響。紫外老化條件下，雙組合MS密封膠溶脹倍率呈低一高一低一高趨勢變化。www.kubee.cn
