紅外光譜(FT-IR)采用Bruke:公司Tensor27型傅立葉紅外光譜儀測定;MS密封膠表干時(shí)間按GB/T16777-2008中第12.2.1條B法進(jìn)行試驗(yàn);MS密封膠拉伸強(qiáng)度和斷裂伸長率按GB/T2567-2008的方法進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，采用WDW3020型微控電子萬能試驗(yàn)機(jī)，啞鈴型拉伸樣條的有效拉伸長度為25mm，寬度為4mm,厚度為2mm，拉伸速率為200mm/min，實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果為5次平行測試的平均值;拉伸模量按GB/T13477.8-2017的方法進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，以60%伸長率時(shí)的強(qiáng)度表示，無說明時(shí)為23℃下的拉伸模量;MS密封膠彈性恢復(fù)率、定伸粘結(jié)性和質(zhì)量損失率按GB/T13477-2017的方法進(jìn)行試驗(yàn);MS密封膠內(nèi)部形貌:整齊切斷MS密封膠，用60倍放大鏡連接手機(jī)對橫截面拍照觀察。
由于MS密封膠的原料種類相同，僅配比不同，因此它們具有相似的分子結(jié)構(gòu)，以A3,A4,AS,A6為代表進(jìn)行紅外測試，結(jié)果由圖2可見，所有MS密封膠的FT-IR譜都很類似，在3445cm附近沒有經(jīng)基對應(yīng)的寬峰，表明聚醚多元醇和TDI反應(yīng)完全。在2972cm和2870cm處為C-H的反對稱伸縮振動(dòng)吸收峰。在3309cm和1537cm處分別對應(yīng)于H-NC00的伸縮、彎曲振動(dòng)，1726cm處為淡基的特征峰，表明生成了氨基甲酸醋結(jié)構(gòu)。在2274cm處為異氰酸醋基團(tuán)的特征吸收峰。在1107cm處的強(qiáng)吸收峰為聚醚多元醇C-O-C的伸縮振動(dòng)峰。在1600cm和1450cm處為TDI苯環(huán)上Ar-H的伸縮振動(dòng)峰。以上分析表明MS密封膠制備成功。www.kubee.cn
