在圖所示的泄漏點處，用連接螺栓把組合式夾具按規定的方法安裝在法蘭和管線上，并使組合夾具直管部分與泄漏直管之間的間隙在0. 5以內。有時為加強密封，可以根據需要在密封槽內依泄漏介質的壓力、溫度和化學性質加銅絲、保險絲、石墨盤根或0形橡膠圈。丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠接頭丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠接頭在圖3所示的丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠孔中，再將高壓丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠槍連接到丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠接頭另一端的內螺孔中。按照所選用的丁基防水嵌縫膠的使用說明進行丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠。丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠前先將丁基防水嵌縫膠預熱到60一80℃再裝人高壓丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠槍，通過丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠螺孔注入密封腔中。丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠時應首先從遠離泄漏點的注膠孔1進行丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠，然后按2-3-4-5--6的順序依次進行，見圖。丁基防水嵌縫膠將在密封腔內逐步向泄漏點移動，當丁基防水嵌縫膠到達相鄰丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠孔2，即相鄰丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠孔2無泄漏介質排出時，則停止丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠，卸下高壓丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠槍，并用絲堵堵住丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠孔，然后再從下1個丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠孔丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠，其方法如前所述。當只有5,6這2個丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠孔時，在注射離泄漏點較遠的丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠孔5時，泄漏逐漸減小直至泄漏被消除，暫停注人丁基防水嵌縫膠操作，記錄下此時的注射壓力。暫停約t0一30 min，使注入的丁基防水嵌縫膠在泄漏介質溫度的作用下固化后，再注射靠近泄漏點的丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠孔6。此時應當盡可能緩慢注射，同時要邊注射邊觀察介質泄漏情況和注射槍上的壓力表讀數，當壓力表讀數比以前記錄的壓力值高0.3一1 MPa且高壓為1一5 MPa時，即可停止丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠，若無泄漏介質滋出，便可卸下高壓注膠槍，用絲堵堵上丁基防水嵌縫膠注膠孔。至此，對該泄漏點的帶壓密封實施成功。該泄漏點在2001年9月成功實施密封以來，至今未發生再次泄漏現象。http://www.kubee.cn/
