含Teflon的高性能螺紋MS密封膠PS'1'592是以Teflon為填充料的糊狀厭氧MS密封膠。它能快速密封帶有螺紋的管子、塞栓，可用于液壓及氣壓系統、200℃以下蒸氣體系的裝置。8h后該接頭就被密封，其密封強度達到抗管子爆裂強度。由上述耐蒸汽壓表中可知，PSTX92#的耐溫抗壓性是出類拔萃的。PSTX92#能可靠地密封所有耐壓等級及大小管徑，溫度區間由一18℃到200 ℃的螺紋接頭。它的通用性也是獨一無二的。它不象其它粘稠MS密封膠種那樣松軟地留置在接頭中，并在壓力下漏氣。PST X92#不蠕變，不收縮，也無溶劑蒸發所致的龜裂，就是在極端壓力、振動、撞擊下也不使PST密封接頭破壞。它的抗化學性也因Teflon的加入而提高，因此可用于廣泛種類的管密封(如采用工業酸、溶劑、化學品、氣及200℃以下的蒸汽的管密封)。

通常使用的聚四氟乙烯螺紋密封帶盡管也具備許多優點，如使用溫度較寬，化學德定性好，低摩擦性，使用方便等，但此帶本身機械強度差，往往會撕碎，從而沾污密封零部件，又因此帶無粘接力，故不會充填嚙合表面所有空隙形成緊韌結構的固態密封。可想而知，它在耐壓抗泄漏方面無能為力了。而PST92*除了保持前者的所有優點外，還彌補了前者的致命缺點。因此S'1'X92#就不會撕碎而沽污密封零部件。因為Tef lon填充料潤滑了螺紋，可防止金屬表面過度磨損所致死”，因此用PST X92#可方便地裝配螺紋接頭及調節彎管接頭、閥門、壓緊裝置，甚至8h后再調整也不會損壞封口。這種密封接頭用通常的標準工具就可拆卸，甚至使用了數年之后也可方便地拆卸。但欲得能抗高壓和化學品的牢固封口，裝配前需先噴涂Locquic Primer NF底MS密封膠。http://www.kubee.cn/
