硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的豁結(jié)性能是衡量硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的重要技術(shù)指標(biāo),其對法蘭的使用性能有重要影響,本課題采用內(nèi)聚破化程度和180“剝離強(qiáng)度2個(gè)指標(biāo)來進(jìn)行表征。先將法蘭基材表面用乙醇和丙酮清洗干凈,分別對5種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠與基材的勃結(jié)性能進(jìn)行測試,結(jié)果如表2所示。結(jié)果顯示,低溫膠DW-3 ,TV-3428硅膠與冷箱碳鋼材料的赫結(jié)情況相對較好。
5種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠與添加底涂劑的基材之間的1800剝離強(qiáng)度如圖3所示。RTV-3428硅膠的剝離強(qiáng)度高于其他硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠,這是由于RTV-3428硅膠中端烷氧基硅烷可與基材表面經(jīng)基的反應(yīng)且活性較高,并且可生成Si-O-Si的三維網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),從而顯著增強(qiáng)了其與基材之間的赫結(jié)性能。經(jīng)過上述測試發(fā)現(xiàn),RTV-3428硅膠在流動(dòng)性、固化速率及與基材的赫結(jié)性能方面都優(yōu)于其他硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠,因此最終選擇RTV-3428硅膠作密封材料。
密封材料配比優(yōu)化,通過測試硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的性能,發(fā)現(xiàn)RTV-3428A1B膠(簡稱為A膠、B膠)在流動(dòng)性、固化速率及與基材的豁結(jié)性能方面都優(yōu)于其他硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠,且RTV 3428為雙組元豁結(jié)材料,通常將它們混合使用,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的力學(xué)性能優(yōu)于單一膠的力學(xué)性能因此,本課題控制A膠、B膠比例,最終得到3種不同配比的混合硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠,并逐一比對各項(xiàng)性能,進(jìn)而選擇最佳配比的密封材料。力學(xué)性能測試結(jié)果見表。
由表可知,隨A膠含量的增加,A, B硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的力學(xué)性能逐漸增加,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠2的硬度較好,但耐壓性能、拉伸性能、撕裂強(qiáng)度不及硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠3,當(dāng)m(A膠):m (B膠)=10:1時(shí),硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的力學(xué)性能達(dá)到最優(yōu):耐壓強(qiáng)度20.14 MPa,拉伸強(qiáng)度7.3 MPa,斷裂伸長率315%,撕裂強(qiáng)度25 N,邵A硬度31。因此,得到硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的較佳配比為:m(膠):m(膠)=10:1。http://www.kubee.cn/
