硅膠的流動性變化率為11.0%;固化速率受溫度影響較大，40℃時達到9.5 mm/d; 18剝離強度為9.0-10. 5 N/mm。硅膠混合比m (A膠):m (B膠)為10:1時的力學性能為:耐壓強度20.14 MPa，拉伸強度7.3 MPa，斷裂伸長率315%，撕裂強度25 N/mm，邵A硬度31。此種混合膠的綜合性能優于其他單組分聚氨酯密封膠，可作為大型法蘭O型圈在線堵漏用豁結材料。

用微硅粉部分替代碳酸鈣作為填料制備了脫酮肘型室溫硫化硅橡膠，測試結果表明，單組分聚氨酯密封膠有較佳的擠出性和粘結性能，拉伸強度也得到提高，但斷裂伸長率下降。微硅粉是冶煉硅鐵、工業硅行業的副產物，冶煉時在電爐內產生大量揮發性很強的Si02和Si的氣體，其與空氣迅速氧化并冷凝成粉末，爐氣上升也夾帶著少量雜質，如游離C,Fe203, CaO, KZO, Na0等，這些煙氣經凈化裝置中回收得到的工業煙塵就是微硅粉。微硅粉資源開發利用研究工作始于20世紀50年代，到60年代末70年代初期已有工程應用，世界上主要將微硅粉應用在水泥、混凝土、耐火注料等工業。

目前中高密度的申性室溫硫化硅橡膠中的填料主要以經表面處理的碳酸鈣為主。本文嘗試利用微硅粉部分取代碳酸鈣，進行了微硅粉在脫酮厲型室溫硫化硅橡膠中的應用研究。單組分聚氨酯密封膠的配制單組分聚氨酯密封膠的配制工藝在2L真空捏合機中，按一定的比例和順序分別加人計算量的107膠、填料，捏合120 min，升溫并保持140℃下真空捏合180 min，轉移至三輥研磨機研磨，然后轉移到2L真空行星混合機中，按一定的比例和順序分別加人計算量的交聯劑和催化劑，在真空條件下攪拌混合120 min，用氮氣解除真空后裝人300 mL標準塑料包裝瓶內密封，標準條件下放置一天后進行性能測試。填料的添加量根據經驗，正常的做膠工藝下，每100份107膠混合80份白艷華CC做填料時，做出的室溫硫化硅橡膠有較佳的稠度和良好的使用性能，以此稠度為標準，發現每100份107膠添加60份微硅粉時，體系有相同的稠度。通過調整白艷華CC和微硅粉的加人配比，做出一系列實驗。實驗序號和填料添加量配方見表。http://www.kubee.cn/
