丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒組與井壁間接觸壓力分布曲線從左到右分別對應上、中、下丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒與井壁間的軸向接觸壓力。在受到向下的大小為32 mm的相同位移載荷情況下,2種密封結構各丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒與井壁間的接觸壓力均呈現梯形分布,最大壓力值位于梯形上底邊,起主要密封作用的地方在丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒外壁。從圖中可以看出,丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒組從上到下沿井壁軸線長度方向的壓力值呈現出遞減的趨勢,各丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒接觸壓力沿丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒接觸長度分布不均勻。在發生壓縮變形的過程中,丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒先徑向向右擠向井壁;當受到進一步的壓縮時,由于丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒橡膠的相互作用,丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒在井壁的阻擋下反向向左擠向了中心管,導致接觸壓力分布曲線略微呈現兩個較小峰值。
由圖可得到2種密封結構丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒組與井壁間相關力學參數,如表所示。可知:2種密封結構的上丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒的平均接觸壓力最大,下丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒的平均接觸壓力最小;2種密封結構對應丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒組的接觸長度基本相同;新型密封結構各丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒的最大接觸壓力及平均接觸壓力都明顯大于常規密封結構。
從表還叮以看出,與常規密封結構相比,新型密封結構三丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒與井壁間的最大接觸壓力分別提高了54. 42% , 48. 42% , 48. 0S%,與井壁間的平均接觸壓力分別提高了51.81%, 52.83%, 49.21%0 2種密封結構上丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒與井壁間的接觸應力最大,中丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒次之,下丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒最小。因此,三丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒中起主要密封作用的是上丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒。綜上,新型密封結構的接觸壓力始終大于常規密封結構的接觸壓力,顯著提高了封隔器的密封性能。
由于井下情況復雜,井壁常常受到腐蝕、磨損,且井壁上常常附有巖屑等,容易造成封隔器丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒與井壁間存在間隙,產生滲漏現象。為保證封隔器的密封性能,對丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒與中心管間的接觸壓力進行分析也顯得非常重要,若新型密封結構的丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒組與中心管間的接觸壓力過低,則容易在丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒組與井壁間出現間隙。
圖示出了丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒組與中心管間接觸壓力分布曲線。可見,2種密封結構的丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒組與中心管間接觸壓力沿著軸向方向呈現出不規則變化,各丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒與井壁間的接觸壓力均呈現“U”形分布;由于各丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒分別被防凸環和隔環分隔開來,丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒兩端的接觸壓力出現峰值,對應分布曲線中的尖角處。2種密封結構在丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒組與中心管間起主要密封作用的是丁基防水嵌縫膠膠筒的兩端;因凸球形隔環的作用,在相對應的軸向變形位置,新型密封結構的接觸壓力始終大于常規密封結構的接觸壓力。http://www.kubee.cn/
