可以看出,隨著摩擦因數的增大,2種密封結構三硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒的最大接觸壓力均增大,新型密封結構的最大接觸壓力明顯大于常規密封結構;上硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒的平均接觸壓力逐漸增大且趨勢明顯,中硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒上半段逐漸增大而下半段減小,下硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒逐漸減小且趨勢明顯;新型密封結構硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒組的平均接觸壓力始終大于常規密封結構。與摩擦因數為0.1的接觸壓力曲線相對比,當摩擦因數為0.7時,新型密封結構上硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒的接觸壓力顯著增大且突然出現了較大的峰值;中硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒上半段接觸壓力略微增大而下半段略微減小;下硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒接觸壓力明顯減小,反而不利于坐封。所以,摩擦因數并不是越大越好,采用相關工具清理井眼,減少摩擦因數,更有利于封隔器密封性能的提升。
結論
(1)新型密封結構凸球形隔環在軸向壓縮硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒的同時也起徑向壓縮作用,不僅將硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒向右擠向井壁,而且也將硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒向左擠向中心管,從而提高了硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒與井壁和中心管間的接觸壓力。
(2)新型密封結構的凹球形硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒組與井壁、中心管間的最大接觸壓力和平均接觸壓力均提高了50%左右,大大增強了硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒組的密封性能;各凹球形硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒與中心管間的平均接觸壓力分別是常規密封結構的1.63,1.83,1.64倍,在一定程度上能避免硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒組與中心管之間出現間隙。
(3)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒與井壁間的接觸壓力隨著硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒硬度的增大而增大,新型密封結構密封性更好,選擇硬度合適的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒能為封隔器的密封可靠性提供保障。
(4)2種密封結構的上硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒與井壁間的接觸壓力均隨著摩擦因數的增大而增大,中硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒上半段逐漸增大而下半段減小,下硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒顯著減小,故摩擦因數并不是越大越好,采用相關工具清理井眼,減少摩擦因數,更有利于封隔器密封性能的提升。http://www.kubee.cn/
