疊層鋼片硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膨脹筒的密封問題是水平井分段壓裂封隔器的技術難點。根據該封隔器的前期研制經驗，從零件結構和材質特性等方面分析了硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膨脹筒的密封機理。得出結論:(1)將外膠筒硫化在疊層鋼片上可以解決外膠筒與鋼片的密封;(2)內膠筒與鋼片的密封應通過內膠筒的塑性及其表面結構來實現;(3)采用漸開線鋼片可以實現鋼片與鋼片的密封。

在油氣田水平井數量迅猛增加的形勢下，我們開展了水平井分段壓裂封隔器的研制。疊層鋼片硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膨脹筒是該封隔器的重要部件，其密封性是指硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膨脹筒密封套管的最大工作壓差，它是該封隔器的關鍵技術。根據該封隔器的前期研制經驗，筆者全面分析了硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膨脹筒的密封機理，從而為同類產品的研制提供理論參考。

圖示出疊層鋼片硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膨脹筒結構，其工作原理是:從中心管打壓，內膠筒進液膨脹，撐開疊層鋼片和外膠筒，緊壓在套管內壁上，阻斷硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膨脹筒前后的液體通道，從而起到封隔套管的作用。鋼片的裸露部分用于錨定套管，硫化在鋼片上的外膠筒用于密封套管。
