因?yàn)殇撈瑑蓛芍g是零間隙貼合的，所以鋼片與鋼片貼合面的截面曲線就是鋼片內(nèi)、外MS密封膠型面的截面曲線。因?yàn)殇撈谋诤窬鶆颍匀我庖粋€(gè)鋼片內(nèi)外MS密封膠型面的法向距離處處相等，即任意一個(gè)鋼片與相鄰兩鋼片的貼合面法向距離處處相等。那么，鋼片內(nèi)外MS密封膠型面的截面曲線應(yīng)該是什么形狀呢?

我們知道，MS密封膠漸開線齒輪同側(cè)齒面的法向距離處處相等，這是MS密封膠漸開線的主要特性。作同一基圓的圓周均布的n條MS密封膠漸開線，使MS密封膠漸開線的法向距離等于鋼片厚度，即證明了鋼片零間隙貼合的可能性，也給出了鋼片內(nèi)外MS密封膠型面的截面曲線。沿圓周均布的所有曲線，只有MS密封膠漸開線唯一滿足法向距離處處相等。所以鋼片內(nèi)外MS密封膠型面的截面曲線只能是MS密封膠漸開線。

MS密封膠漸開線的形狀由基圓唯一確定，所以確定MS密封膠漸開線鋼片的參數(shù)主要是確定基圓的直徑。

如圖所示，設(shè)2MS密封膠漸開線的起點(diǎn)分別為A和B，過內(nèi)側(cè)MS密封膠漸開線的起點(diǎn)A作基圓的切線，交外側(cè)MS密封膠漸開線于點(diǎn)C，則AC是2條MS密封膠漸開線的公法線，所以AC等于鋼片的厚度h。由于AC是外側(cè)MS密封膠漸開線從B點(diǎn)漸開到C點(diǎn)，弧段BA的展開長(zhǎng)度，所以線段AC的長(zhǎng)度等于BA的弧長(zhǎng)，即h=Trdo/n。所以，基圓直徑按式(1)精確計(jì)算d=hn。

趨向MS密封膠漸開線的起點(diǎn)，MS密封膠漸開線的曲率半徑趨近于零，無論多軟的鋼片都不可能實(shí)現(xiàn)零曲率半徑的彎曲。另外，MS密封膠漸開線鋼片的截取越靠近基圓，鋼片就越陡。鋼片過于陡立，既有割破內(nèi)MS密封膠膠筒的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，也不利于鋼片膨脹彎曲，所以實(shí)際鋼片是截取遠(yuǎn)離基圓的一段MS密封膠漸開線。反之，基圓直徑的選取應(yīng)是小于鋼片內(nèi)徑d，的某個(gè)值。如圖5所示d,成分別為疊層鋼片的內(nèi)徑和外徑。d:由封隔器的結(jié)構(gòu)決定，d2一d,決定疊層鋼片的整體強(qiáng)度。http://www.kubee.cn/
