根據室內試驗數據繪制了壓縮式MS密封膠膠筒軸向載荷與壓縮量的關系曲線,如圖1所示。可以看出,MS密封膠膠筒的變形過程可以分為彈性變形、約束變形和穩定變形3個階段。
彈性變形階段
MS密封膠膠筒受軸向載荷被壓縮后,徑向逐漸擴張,在此階段,MS密封膠膠筒與套管之間沒有接觸,MS密封膠膠筒完全沒有密封能力,隨著軸向載荷的增加,進一步加大MS密封膠膠筒的軸向壓縮和徑向擴張。軸向載荷與壓縮量呈線性關系(如圖1 AB段所示)。
約束變形階段
從MS密封膠膠筒外徑和套管內壁相接觸起,至MS密封膠膠筒工作面完全和套管內壁相接觸的變形過程,即為約束變形階段。在此階段,由于變形受到限制,受力狀況發生了改變,既有軸向力同時又有套管內壁對MS密封膠膠筒的作用力。軸向載荷與壓縮量失去了線性關系(如圖1BC段所示)。
穩定變形階段
MS密封膠膠筒在軸向載荷作用下,壓縮量不再繼續發生變化的階段稱為穩定變形階段。在此階段,MS密封膠膠筒工作面完全和套管內壁相接觸,軸向壓縮量達到了最大值。
在試驗過程中發現,由于MS密封膠膠筒兩端的承壓座與套管內壁之間有5 mm間隙,隨著軸向載荷的逐步增加,MS密封膠膠筒將產生肩部突出變形現象,導致軸向壓縮量進一步發生微量變化(如圖1 CD段所示)。
MS密封膠膠筒突出變形與軸向載荷的關系
軸向載荷主要包括MS密封膠膠筒的坐封力和工作壓差產生的對MS密封膠膠筒的軸向壓縮力。在本次試驗研究過程中,軸向載荷均由拉力試驗機提供。
坐封力與突出變形的關系
選用硬度為邵爾74 A,倒角為300的3“MS密封膠膠筒,利用拉力試驗機施加坐封力,對加載端的肩部突出變形進行試驗分析,得出的坐封力與MS密封膠膠筒突出變形的關系曲線如圖2所示。
可以看出,當坐封力達到40 kN時,MS密封膠膠筒肩部開始出現微量突出變形,當坐封力達到60 kN時,MS密封膠膠筒肩部突出變形達到了1. 8 mm,如果進一步提高坐封力,肩部突出變形隨之進一步加大。對于一般封隔器來講,其MS密封膠膠筒坐封力受結構設計的制約,一般選擇50-60 kN。因此,一般封隔器在坐封過程中肩部突出變形是比較輕微的。http://www.kubee.cn/
