同樣采用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒進(jìn)行試驗,利用拉力試驗機(jī)給硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒施加等同于工作壓差產(chǎn)生的軸向壓縮力,對加載端的肩部突出變形進(jìn)行試驗分析,工作壓差與硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒突出變形試驗數(shù)據(jù)見表,得出的作壓差當(dāng)量軸向力與突出變形的關(guān)系曲線如圖3所示。可以看出,當(dāng)工作壓差為突出為3. 4 mm;當(dāng)工作壓差為MPa時,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒肩部MPa時,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒肩部l020突出為6. 2 mm;當(dāng)工作壓差為25 MPa時,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒肩部突出為7. 1。試驗結(jié)果表明,壓縮式硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒在坐封力(60 kN )的作用下肩部突出變形現(xiàn)象比較輕微(<2 mm),但是在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒承受壓差過程中,工作壓差對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒產(chǎn)生的軸向壓縮力遠(yuǎn)大于硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒的坐封力,使得硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒進(jìn)一步被壓縮,導(dǎo)致硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒肩部突出變形現(xiàn)象逐步加劇。隨著工作時間的的延長,加之工作壓差的交變性,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒將發(fā)生蠕動松弛現(xiàn)象,影響密封性能。突出變形與端部保護(hù)環(huán)的關(guān)系端部保護(hù)環(huán)工作原理 硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒端部保護(hù)環(huán)安裝于封隔器上下承壓座與邊硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒之間,主要作用是防止硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒在坐封和承壓過程中發(fā)生肩部突出變形,有利于提高硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒與套管之間的接觸壓力,保證硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒良好的密封性能。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒端部保護(hù)環(huán)一般由塑性較好的軟金屬材料加工而成,在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒受軸向力被壓縮過程中,保護(hù)環(huán)受硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒擠壓自動實現(xiàn)徑向變形。本次試驗研究采用的是整體傘形保護(hù)環(huán)。傘形保護(hù)環(huán)對突出變形的影響利用拉力試驗機(jī)對裝有整體傘形保護(hù)環(huán)的3#硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒進(jìn)行軸向壓縮試驗,得出的帶有傘形保護(hù)環(huán)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒的軸向壓縮力與突出變形的關(guān)系曲線如圖所示。
可以看出,在100 kN軸向壓縮力條件下硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒端部的傘形保護(hù)環(huán)均處于平展?fàn)顟B(tài)。當(dāng)軸向壓縮力為140 kN時,肩部突出變形為1, 7 mm;當(dāng)軸向壓縮力為195 kN時,肩部突出變形為3. 4 mm。與圖所示的結(jié)果相比較,肩部突出變形同比下降69%和52%。
試驗結(jié)果表明,壓縮式硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒傘形保護(hù)環(huán)在坐封力的作用下并未完全變形到位,只是處于平展?fàn)顟B(tài)。在承受上下端交變工作壓差過程中,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒進(jìn)一步被壓縮、產(chǎn)生蠕動變形,肩部突出變形進(jìn)一步增大,傘形保護(hù)環(huán)變形隨之加大,直至完全外展包住上下承壓座,起到增加剛體外徑、抑制硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒肩部突出變形的作用,進(jìn)而提高硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒的密封性能。
結(jié)論
(1)壓縮式硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒在承壓過程中進(jìn)一步被工作壓差形成的軸向力壓縮,導(dǎo)致硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒肩部突出變形加劇,并伴隨發(fā)生蠕動松弛現(xiàn)象,影響硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒的密封性能。
(2)壓縮式硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒整體傘形保護(hù)環(huán)的設(shè)計與應(yīng)用,有利于抑制硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒肩部的突出變形,進(jìn)而提高硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒的密封性能。
(3)壓縮式硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠筒肩部突出變形及整體傘形保護(hù)環(huán)完全外展后形成的特殊型面對密封性能的影響有待于進(jìn)行深人的試驗分析研究。http://www.kubee.cn/
