聚氨酯密封膠在汽車流水線的廣泛應用對固化速度提出更高的要求，本文介紹通過采用雙組分快速固化聚氨酯密封膠解決這一問題;雙組分快速固化聚氨酯密封膠的混合方式、混合效果至關重要，通過采用專用施膠設備解決了關鍵問題;該膠在汽車流水線上得到了應用，在生產效率上與單組分聚氨酯密封膠相比得到了提高，穩定可靠，而且產品性能可調，適用性更強。

聚氨酯密封膠具有許多優異性能，已廣泛應用于汽車、電子元件、建筑、包裝等行業。在能源和環保的雙重壓力下，促使汽車工業大量采用鋁合金、塑料和玻璃鋼等輕質材料。這些輕量化的材料加工成零部件時需用大量聚氨酯密封膠進行粘接密封，因此給聚氨酯密封膠的技術發展帶來了契機。

我國聚氨酯密封膠開發時間相對較短，但市場需求量較大，目前市場上得到廣泛應用的是使用方便的單組分聚氨酯密封膠，其缺點是完全固化時間較長，而且與涂膠厚度及環境的溫度、濕度有密切關系，一般需要3一7d固化，因此在一些流水線上應用受到一定的局限。另外單組分聚氨酯密封膠還不能解決結構粘接的問題。

為適應流水裝配線，尤其是有緊密施工工序要求的流水線，要求聚氨酯密封膠的固化速度必須大大提高，而雙組分快速固化聚氨酯密封膠(簡稱雙組分聚氨酯密封膠)能解決單組分聚氨酯密封膠的上述缺點，但真正應用于實際還有2個關鍵問題需解決。第一，必須開發適合雙組分快速固化工藝的施膠設備;第二，設計相配套的快速固化的聚氨酯密封膠配方。

雙組分聚氨酯密封膠在實際使用時，為了滿足用戶粘接施工的要求，必須配套或研制開發相關的設備，包括豁稠物料的計量、混合、傳輸和涂膠設備。雙螺桿擠出反應器的問世與商品化，為雙組分聚氨酯密封膠的應用提供了基礎，但如果是快速固化，雙螺桿擠出反應器極易堵塞，不適合快固膠的施工。施膠裝置應當操作簡便、易于控制，更為關鍵的是采用何種方式混合，才能保證質量和批次間的穩定性。與多家設備廠合作，通過采用雙組分壓盤式施膠機和氣動輕便型膠槍2種方案解決了施膠設備問題。http://www.kubee.cn/
