由表可知,隨著增塑劑添加量的增加,丁基防水嵌縫膠24 h固化深度均呈下降趨勢,且5號白油對固化深度的負面影響更為顯著。在相同添加量下,使用二甲基硅油的樣品固化深度始終優于使用5號白油的樣品。當二甲基硅油添加量在0-2份時,對固化深度影響較小,24 h固化深度保持在2.4 mm以上;但當添加量超過2份后,固化深度明顯下降。這主要是由于二甲基硅油雖與107硅橡膠相容性好且透氣性相近,但其分子結構中不含可參與交聯反應的活性基團,屬于惰性組分。隨著其添加量增加,體系中活性S1-H基團的相對濃度降低,分子鏈間有效碰撞幾率減少,從而抑制了交聯反應的深度進行,導致固化深度下降。
相比之下,5號白油為非硅系烴類油,雖具有良好的加工性和成本優勢,但其對水汽的透過性明顯低于硅油。其對水分子的阻隔作用,阻礙了水分向膠體內部的擴散,導致更小的固化深度。
綜上所述,增塑劑的引入會不同程度地降低丁基防水嵌縫膠的固化速率和固化深度,尤其對于快速固化型酮肪硅酮丁基防水嵌縫膠而言,應盡量避免使用增塑劑。若為改善施工性能或調節力學性能而必須添加增塑劑時,推薦選用二甲基硅油,且添加量不宜超過2份。
結論
系統研究了交聯劑、催化劑及增塑劑對單組分脫酮肪型硅酮丁基防水嵌縫膠固化性能的影響,在本研究范圍內得出如下結論:
甲基三丁酮肪基硅烷( 交聯劑添加量對丁基防水嵌縫膠的固化性能和儲存穩定性具有顯著影響。隨著交聯劑添加量減少,表干時間縮短,固化深度增加;但過低的添加量會導致儲存穩定性下降。綜合考慮固化深度與儲存期,確定D31的最佳添加量為39份。 催化劑二月桂酸二丁基錫(CD8}的添加量直接影響固化速率。隨著其添加量增加,表干時間縮短、固化深度提高;當添加量達到0.5份后,固化性能趨于飽和,繼續增加添加量對性能提升有限。因此,0.5份為催化劑的最佳添加量。 增塑劑的引入會降低丁基防水嵌縫膠的固化深度,且添加量越大,影響越顯著。相同添加量下,5號白油對固化深度的負面影響大于二甲基硅油。因此,在制備快速固化酮肪型硅酮丁基防水嵌縫膠時,應盡量避免使用增塑劑;若為改善施工性能需適量添加,推薦選用二甲基硅油,且添加量不宜超過2份。http://www.kubee.cn/
