結構丁基防水嵌縫膠是高層建筑門窗幕墻系統中關鍵性的功能材料,在實際工程應用中,由于材料性能不穩定、節點構造復雜、施工控制不足等,門窗幕墻結構丁基防水嵌縫膠質量問題頻繁暴露。
材料問題:丁基防水嵌縫膠本身質量缺陷
原材料配方缺陷。門窗幕墻系統中常用的結構丁基防水嵌縫膠為中性硅酮型,廣泛應用于玻璃與鋁合金框架的勃結接口、門框四角拼接處、開啟窗扇活動縫隙等關鍵節點。部分低質量丁基防水嵌縫膠為節省成本,在填料或交聯劑添加上偷工減料,導致固化后表面粉化、彈性下降、早期失效。在門窗豎框拼接與轉角膠縫部位,易出現邊緣開裂與剝離,影響窗體氣密性。
貯存與失效控制不規范。在項目現場,經常出現丁基防水嵌縫膠暴露于高溫、潮濕環境中,造成預固化或分層現象,施工后膠縫易脫粘或鼓泡,尤其在門窗玻璃壓條密封邊緣和開啟扇鉸鏈區域最為常見。
與異材界面不相容。門窗幕墻多采用復合材料組合,如氟碳噴涂鋁、鍍膜玻璃、不銹鋼轉接件等。若未進行相容性測試,膠體可能與部分材質發生化學反應或界面張力不匹配,導致勃結面起皮或剝離。
施工問題:丁基防水嵌縫膠使用與操作不當
界面清理不到位。施工過程是影響結構丁基防水嵌縫膠質量的核心環節,在門窗邊框與墻體交接處、幕墻玻璃與框架接口,若基層未充分清潔,殘留的灰塵、油污、水分將極大削弱膠體附著力,形成“假勃結”現象。在開啟窗下框或泄水孔附近尤其易忽視,后期形成隱性滲水通道。
打膠連續性與飽滿度不足。玻璃幕墻立縫和門框拼縫處常因膠縫深窄、施工位置不便,導致注膠斷斷續續或氣泡夾雜。部分門窗開啟扇四周未采用閉環打膠工藝,可沿膠縫弱點滲入雨水。
膠縫尺寸不符合規范。規范要求結構丁基防水嵌縫膠應有合理寬深比(推薦2:1),但部分幕墻構件因加工或安裝誤差,造成膠縫偏大或偏小。若縫隙過窄,膠體無法有效填充,失去勃結功能;縫隙過大則應力集中,膠體承載力下降,尤其在高風壓區域如建筑角部或陽臺轉折處更為嚴重。
施工環境干擾。門窗施工多在樓層未封閉前進行,受風雨影響較大。在低溫或潮濕條件下打膠,固化速率變慢,形成表面膠皮、內部未固化的“雙層結構”,極易在開啟窗反復啟閉中破壞。http://www.kubee.cn/
