橡膠改性單組分聚氨酯密封膠具有成本低、易加工的特性,且橡膠的分子結構中含有與環氧樹脂反應的活潑基團,使得環氧基體與橡膠之間存在較強的化學鍵和作用,在受到沖擊作用時,橡膠粒子能夠幫助抑制裂紋擴展,從而起到增韌的效果。制備了一種環氧密封材料,并利用通過三元乙丙橡膠(EP-DM)膠粉、液體端氨基丁睛橡膠(ATBN)和環氧化改性劑對原密封材料分別進行改性。對3種改性條件下密封材料的性能進行檢測,結果顯示,在提高環氧樹脂韌性方面,ATBN改性是最優選擇。
熱塑性樹脂改性單組分聚氨酯密封膠與橡膠環氧改性單組分聚氨酯密封膠相比,有著更為優異的韌性、模量、耐熱性。常見的改性方法有聚碳酸脂改性、有機硅改性、聚酞胺改性等。利用有機硅改性了聚氨醋/環氧樹脂復合膠茹劑,并對其進行性能研究,結果表明,經過有機硅改性的聚氨醋/環氧樹脂復合單組分聚氨酯密封膠的耐水性、耐熱性均有提高,且隨著有機硅含量增加,該膠茹劑的拉伸強度、沖擊強度和拉伸剪切強度先增大后減小,當有機硅含量為10%時,力學性能最好。
聚氨醋改性單組分聚氨酯密封膠與其他改性單組分聚氨酯密封膠相比,增韌效果最為明顯。聚氨醋(PU)是一種高分子化合物,通常由異氰酸醋和多元醇縮合而成,其分子結構中的氨基甲酸醋基團(-NHCOO-),是由異氰酸醋基(-NC;O)與經基(-OH)反應而來,易與極性分子形成分子間氫鍵,從而具有良好的抗疲勞性、耐低溫性、高彈性、高強度等優點,且與環氧樹脂相容性先合成了經基封端聚氨醋預聚體和竣基封端聚氨醋預聚體,其合成過程如圖12所示,并將其分別對單組分聚氨酯密封膠的A,B組分進行改性,從而得到了一種雙組分柔性單組分聚氨酯密封膠。對其進行性能測試,結果顯示,經過聚氨醋改性后的單組分聚氨酯密封膠的低溫性能、茹結性能、韌性均有提高。http://www.kubee.cn/
